After breakfast start from Sonmarg to Ulley-Tokpo: The first major village over the pass is Dras, inhabited by a population of mixed Kashmiri and Dard origins the road plunges into the ridges and valley of the Zanskar range over a huge mound of alluvium. Enroute sightseeing and reach Kargil. Check in at Hotel Dizoji-La and relax.

After breakfast proceed to Lamayuru with en-route sightseeing – Mulbekh with its gigantic rock engraving of Maitreya and its gompa perched high on crag above the village is the transition from Muslim to Buddhist Ladakh. It is followed by two more passes, Namika-La (12,200 feet / 3,719m) and Fotu-La (13,432 feet / 4,094m). Reach Lamayuru which is oldest monastery, Sightseeing and around drive further camp.
On arrival in Cape Town, you will be transferred to your hotel Lagoon Beach. Stay on bed and breakfast basis. Dinner on your own.

After breakfast proceed to Leh. While we are driving to Leh we will be visiting Likir, Alchi Oldest Monastry, Sangam of Indus and Zanskar River , Magnetic hill, Gurudura Pather Sahib. Reach Leh & Check in at hotel Caravan Skara & rest of the time at leisure.

Nubra (126 km) (42OOm/ 5-6hrs.): After breakfast check out of hotel and start to Nubra Valley the road to the Nubra Valley goes through the highest motorable pass in the world at Khardung La (5602m) The Pass is almost permanently covered in fog and snow, Enroute Lunch. Nubra means green used to be on the trading roué connecting Tibet with Turkistan, and was the navy of Turkistan which invaded it several times. Also know as the Valley of flowers, Nubra has always been well cultivated and fertile, with the best climate in Ladakh, so grains and fruit, such as apples and apricots, have always been plentiful. Ninety per cent of Nubra’s population is Buddhist.

Hunder – Disket- Leh (3232m.): After breakfast we will check out of camp and start our return journey at 8.30 am. Visit Hunder and Diskit Gompas and then drive to Panamik, crossing the River Shyok and then driving along the River Nubra to Panamik. Panamik is the last village on the old Silk Route and was favored for its hot water springs.

Leh-Thiksay- Pangong Tso –We will take packed breakfast, check out of hotel and at 5.30 am early morning we will drive to Thiksay monastery to witness the Puja of monks gethering at assambly hall. Pangong Lake which 40 miles lenth and nearly 2-4 miles in width and 13930 ft. above sea level. What strikes the eye on coming first in view of this lake is lovely color of water, especially in evening. It is of the richest deep blue, over the whole expanse, at morning time. The water of lake not that salty as sea water

Pangong Lake-Hemis and Shey: Early morning we will go to Pangong Lake. We will go around and come back to camp for breakfast. After breakfast check out of camp & we will drive back to Leh via Visiting Shey Palace and other sightseeing. Reach Leh and check in at Hotel Caravan Skara. Rest of the free for shopping.

After breakfast check out of Hotel. Transfer to Airport for return flight to Delhi. Reach Delhi and take connecting flight to Pune.
