After Breakfast at hotel, proceed for tour of Colonial and Modern Lima. You will be visiting Government Palace, the City Hall and the Cathedral at the Plaza Mayor, visit 17th century San Francisco Convent, short tour to modern districts of San Isidro and Miraflores and enjoy the magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. Take lunch and then to Larco museum after which transfer back to hotel in Miraflores.

Start your journey arriving to Puerto Maldonado. Navigate by outboard-motorized canoe along the Madre de Dios River to Inkaterra Hacienda Concepción for approximately 25 minutes. Enjoy LUNCH with organic ingredients and native flavors. After lunch, take a walk through concepcion trails, inside property nature trails, where you will discover and learn about primary and secondary rainforest, its components, uses, transformations by the human being, and its relevance for the world. At dusk, navigate by outboard-motorized canoe, at the twilight river excursion. By sailing on the Madre de Dios River, you will learn about its ecosystem, Amazonian creeks, nocturnal animals’ behavior, and the southern constellations. In the evening, enjoy a nice dinner in the Casa Grande´s dining room.

New experiences are ahead and after taking a nutritious buffet breakfast, get ready for a long trek through terra firma into the Tambopata National Reserve towards lake sandoval. Here you will understand why Madre de Dios is called the biodiversity capital of Peru, while learning about the Reserve’s conservation efforts and the lake’s formation. Navigate by dugout canoe across this mirror-like oxbow lake that is home to the endangered giant river otter (Pteronura brasiliensis), blue and yellow macaw (Ara ararauna), red howler monkey (Alouatta seniculus), black caiman (Melanosuchus niger), and one of the world’s biggest fresh water scaled fish, the paiche (Arapaima gigas).
Back to the lodge for LUNCH, and later the inkaterra canopy walkway & anaconda walk await for you. Take a 20-minute ride by outboard-motorized canoe to the Inkaterra Canopy Walkway Interpretation Center where you will learn about its construction and the conservation projects of ITA-Inkaterra Asociación (NGO). Ascend one of the two 98-foot towers (30 m.) and cross the 7 hanging bridges that connect the treetops at 91 ft. high (28 m). Enjoy the breathtaking vistas and get the chance to watch white-throated toucans (Ramphastos tucanus), woodpeckers, trogons, squirrel monkeys (Saimiri boliviensis) and the three-toed sloth (Choleopus hoffmani). After descending keep on feeling the incredible primary rainforest energy going along the 200-meter wooden bridge over the swamps (aguajales). You will learn about the fauna and flora of this flooded ecosystem. At night get ready for an adventure during the HIDDEN RAINFOREST excursion, where you will explore the Amazon rainforest that gives way to nocturnal animals who display intriguing behavior patterns, and enhanced senses as adaptation mechanisms. Listen to nocturnal living nature sounds, and penetrate this hidden world. End up your day with a pleasant DINNER.

After breakfast proceed to airport take flight and reach Cusco. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel in Cusco. Take Indian lunch & then in afternoon, city tour of Cusco & nearby ruins. Start with a walking tour throught the Cathedral. Visit Qorikancha or Sun Temple.
Continue to Sacsayhuaman Fortress with its very impressive beauty, the amphitheatre of Q’engo, Puca – Pucara (or Red Fort) situated on a hill with superb views over the surrounding countryside and finally the Inca bath’s of Tambomachay with their water fountains. Buffet dinner with folkloric show. Stay Overnight at Cusco.

After Breakfast full day excursion tour to Sacred Valley of the Incas. Visit the village of Pisac and attend the local agriculture open market where artisans from all over the area congregate to sell their orafts.

Get up early in the morning and transfer to Poroy Train Station at 0545 hrs. Depart from Vistadorne Train at 0640 hrs to Machu Picchu. Reach Machu Picchu at 0952 hrs. Upon arrival take a 30 mins bus ride totha Lost City of Machu Picchu. Machu Picchu is eye tantalizing tribute to man in harmony with nature. It is located high above the clouds. The city’s street, temples, and staircases spread across a jungle ridge that eventually plunges more than 300 meters into the treacherous water of the Rio’ Urubamba below. Dinner & Overnight stay at Machu Picchu.

After Breakfast proceed to Ica for flight over Nazca Lines (70 minute flight – excursion subjected to weather conditions). Nazca Lines are gigantic geoglyphs locted between Palpa and Nazca desert, there were created by the Nazca culture between 200 BC and 600 AD. There are many of individual figures, ranging in complexity from simple lines to stylized hummingbirds, spiders, monkeys and lizards. The Nazca lines cannot be recognized as coherent figures except from the air. Return back by lunch time. Take vegetarian lunch at Las Dunas Hotel. After Lunch visit Ica Regional Museum and the Huacachina Oasis. Take dinner and overnight stay at Ica.

After Breakfast transfer to the pier located inside the Libertador hotel and proceed to excursion to Ballestas Island (shared tour, approx.70, panoramic tour – excursion subject to weather conditions). On the way to the island you’ll be able to observe the “Candelabrum”, a figure in the sand dunes which resemble a trident. Arrive at the islands, you’ll be able to watch sea lions, seabirds ranging from the guanay cormorant to Peruvian pelicans and if we’er lucky you might even see one of the famous Humboldt penguins. Return back to Lima by evening. A short stop to visit the Temple of Pachacamac an archaeological site 40 km southeast of Lima, Peru in the Valley of the Lurin River. Most of the common buildings and temples were built 800 – 1450 CE, shortly before the arrival and conquest by the Inca Empire. Indian dinner. Overnight stay at Lima.

The Tigre Delta is a unique suburb built around the swampy land and meandering waterways that empty from the Rio Paraná into the Rio de la Plata. Former Argentine president Domingo Sarmiento encouraged settlement in the area during the mid-1800s and lived there himself for nearly three decades.

On Argentina side you have the opportunity to visit the Upper and Lower circuit of the falls as well as the Devil’s Throat.
